Darren Wynn, co-director & Master Chef of Great Britain, has over 25 years of experience at Gleneagles Hotel - Auchterarder, Bath Spa hotel Bath, and the two Michelin starred Chez Nico. Having led the Highmoor restaurant to the 'Restaurant of the Year Award', he changed course and set about bringing restaurant quality meals to outside catering events.
