A timber-framed building, built to replicate an original Banqueting Hall that was on this exact spot over 500 years ago and – despite its new appearance, beneath us, lie several hundred years of history

Set amongst the backdrop of the River Wyre, which runs beside historic Mains Hall, this exquisite Great Hall boasts huge timber framed ceilings, a magnificent stone fireplace of grand proportion, sumptuously rich tapestries and huge medieval ironwork chandeliers.

The beautiful landscaped gardens, with feature water fountain, Tudor knot garden and topiary, all contained behind an original Victorian walled garden, offer numerous photographic opportunities. The romantic setting, along with the exclusivity bestowed upon the wedding couple and their guests, all adds to the magic of the day.

Also on the estate stands the historic Mains Hall Manor, now available for private hire to all of our wedding couples. Enclosed within 4 acres of private gardens, the Manor has 7 beautifully furnished and unique bedrooms with many original Tudor features – including timber framed walls, Jacobean panelling, original fireplaces and stone flagged flooring7 beautifully furnished and unique bedrooms with feature Honeymoon Suite.

Mains Hall is also the perfect holiday accommodation let in Lancashire for groups, exclusive corporate hire or families and friends who wish to get together for meetings, reunions or private parties.
